How It Works

Show your team you're serious about rest (and play!) by treating them to a mindful bread-baking experience woven throughout the workday, company off-site or retreat. Get out of your head to work with your hands, learn that “rest is in the recipe” and inspire a culture of ease and productivity.

Prior to the event, participants receive a detailed list of ingredients and supplies to have on hand.

We come together in the morning for a skillfully sequenced mindful bread-baking workshop that takes your team through dough preparation, breathing exercises and gentle movement.

As the dough rests and rises throughout the day, your team receives "Deep Breath Break" reminders to tend to their dough and themselves. These reminders include pressing down the dough, short breathing and stretching recordings, and a lunch break yoga class video.

The experience can culminate with your team breaking bread together at the end of the (very productive) day to reflect and integrate.
