When it comes to wellness and managing stress, “mindfulness” seems to be the buzzword of the day — perhaps with good reason. Yo Chi enhances stability and mobility, while giving you a dynamic enjoyable session.
How It Works
Yo-Chi is an easy relaxed way to combine the benefits of both Yoga and Tai Chi by doing both a little bit of both. This session will be thirty minutes of thoughful poses and breathwork.
Your instructor will lead you through each movement and teach you a series you can return to for a break that nourishes your body and mind. You don't need a lot of time, you simply need intention.
All experience levels, ages, and bodies are welcome!
